There is a fellow in Alberta who already has set ordered for his 05. Delivery is not scheduled for another 6-8 weeks. He's already running 49" Iroks. Anyone who tries to mount these on 1-ton axles needs to have there head checked. The guy in Alberta is doing it right...Front and rear steer Rockwell 2.5 tons with a lock out for the rear steer...Yes this truck is driven daily.

I'm not sure what advantage that large of a tire would even give you offroad, unless it is for going over the snow, and then the axles would be fine there also.
