I ordered all the parts most of them have come in missing a couple of parts for the radiator support should be in this week and I will start swap next week , will take photos and post, it's not that easy of a swap .

It will take a lot of coustom work. The frame is differant on the new trucks, IC location is differant, rad support, fenderwells, hood, tow hooks... I think you will find it never will line up right... This is NOT a bolt on swap.
It's is not a bolt on swap for sure you need to modify fender , hood support rods , I own a body shop so that make it easy for me , the part price's are not that part hood was $110 my cost , fender $ 90, the parts will line up no problem , I am not moving inner cooler , hood lock stay in the same spot , just have to change hood lock and release cable , the ft bumper will be the trick part ,the frame is lower but the brkts put bumper up , total cost for all part inc tail gate , mirrors , all ft end pieces , tail lamps,rear bumper , cost me 1900 , I think these prices will go up when Ford job cost the parts ,

that is crazy...1900! I couldn't imagine what it would cost from Ford. Make sure you take lots of picture and let us know how it goes!!
Just checked my invoice the part are real cheap from Ford ,headlamps $135, ft bumper assy $251, tailgate $201, , taillamps $ 28, I get a real good deal from Ford due to the amout I buy every month , but the list price is on the hood is 158, the hood for a 2003 list for 421. the list prices are too low for me. ?

Looking forward to seeing your install, Damian. I'm thinking about doing this to a '05 Excursion of which I crunched both front fenders. Do you have a part number list by chance? thanks
Will post part number later on today , I had to order a couple of more parts , on the 08 the washer nozzles are on the hood not cowl panel , but they were cheap $3 or nozzles and I am going to change the cowl vent there $25 . I am also going to change my wheels to 24 inch alcoa with custom cut outs for a better view of the new custom brake calipers either 6 piston brembo or 8 piston AP, have to see if I can make them work.
I was thinking about this today, The new look is sharp. Good luck post some pics of your progress. Maybe if I get front ended some how I might half to do this.

One thing I that don't like is that the 08 does not have a hood insulator , my guy at the dealer is checking to see if he can find out for me , but the trucks that they have in stock do not have them , I want to cut down on heat & noise .
