No. Not until they begin installing a 268mm rear end instead of the ancient 10.5".

Sierra Blanca is not even 10 years old yet, and only 175,000 miles, so it will probably last a long time yet. I made a 700-mile trip this weekend, bringing back about 5,000 pounds on my 16' utility trailer, and the truck ran beautifully. I saw regular gas for $2.92, and filled up with diesel for $3.249

Is there an aluminum FRONT diff cover available to match the rear 2008 cover. I ordered the rear cover from The PowerStroke shop, but did not see one on the site.

No there is not an factory aluminum cover for the front.

Some aftermarket companies might have one though but watch out for clearance issues with steering components.

Pretty sure it will. The housings are the same as the superduty.
