Struggling with mounting my two amps, cap and distribution block... looking at mounting directly to the back of the rear seat with some wood between the seat and amps... anyone?

The largest amp weighs in the neighborhood of 25 lbs, with the other two weighing about 10-15. Sorry for the mess in my truck and wires behind the back seat, I'm currently diagnosing an electrical problem in my truck

Did you remove the cover that is against the back wall? you had to remove the tool holder thing also? do they have enough clearance? i really want to keep the tool tray thing and the back wall cover thing....

My back cover is still on, that's why there is not sheet metal there. Any yeah I took the jack holder out and the plastic tray. I don't think its necessary too though. Yes they fit, you can see on my back wall piece where they rub a little (the larger amp), the scratch in picture one and two is not from an amp, but the one in number three on the right side, that mark is.

My amps are smaller it looks like RF's amps fit in a smaller package then the JL's do... Looks like i can get both amps on driver side and the cap and distribution block on the other

I think its inch thick particle board that supports the back of the seats, I have some coarse thread screws (4 per amp) that hold them down. It's worked well for two years now, that's with off-roading on some pretty raunchy terrain. There is no ground hum, I haven't encourted any even when I used to have a single amp held down by a self tapping screws into the sheet metal under my bench seat. If your worried about the size of the amps, look on the JL website it gives the dimensions of my subs. They do have mounted partway down the seat like that because of the cover on the back of the cab. I think its due to the motor for the power sliding back window.
