BFG Mud Terrains have 100k on them, should I change em?

I had these tires put on the truck at about 20k miles and now have 140k miles. I rotated the tires about every 10,000 miles (on average) and they are very quiet and still have a little tread on them. Any reason not to continue to use them until the treadwear indicates they need replacement?

That's some impressive tire life out of a mud tire! I put 60k on my last set of BFG's, but only rotated about every 14-15k, and tow heavy alot. I will be rotating my new BFG KM2's more often.

I'd check the sidewalls to see if you have cracks.
