Like: a detailed description of several different trucks ...... took me a while to understand that those were just a bunch of "This is what I have" signature lines.

Bullshot, your direct answer is yes and no. The bumper will directly bolt on, the grill and headlights will not. There are plenty of threads dealing with this conversion, if you wish to ask what needs to be done to put those headlights and grill on your truck then it'll be a different subject.
69mach1377, your '2000 grill is the same as a '03/'04 so I don't know what you are asking. The OP asked about a conversion to a different design.
