check engine light after fuel filter change and trany fluid change

I have 62,000 miles and just changed my fuel filter and tranny fluid/filter. About 100 miles later, my check engine light comes on (not flashing, just stays on). The manual says check to make sure the fuel cap is on tight. I noticed mine wasn't loose, but when i turned it, it turned about a 1/8 of turn and then started to click click click.

Any other ideas? I tried to read the DTC's with my SCT X3, but came up with none.

Give us some info on your truck...Year,Gas/Diesel..It'll help you get some answers.

06 diesel. I returned the truck to the stock tune, and the check engine light went away. It is programming now back to the street tune. I guess I'll see on the way to work if the light re-appears.
