Coil Spring conversion from leaf front end

Who has done the conversion to coil suspension for their 99+ with leaf springs up front. I know Tru Track makes one and Full Traction makes a 4-link coil front end. I have a 8" Fab Tech leaf suspension lift that rides like a submarine on a bumpy freeway.
Anyone who has done the conversion how do you like it? Is it lifted?

I don't have one on my truck......been thinking about doing the Full Traction though.

Everyone that I know who has one is very pleased with the Full Traction conversion kit.

A few pics that I have of some of the ones that Jesse at FarmboyFabrications.com has installed and/or sold:

We did the SkyJacker 8" "Z-link" conversion kit on a buddies '04 and he is really happy with it. The cost on it was quite a bit cheaper than the rest, I think shipped to the door was somewhere around $2700 a year and half ago.

The main downfall of the Z-link is the caster change that occurs during suspension travel. If it's a mainly street driven it won't be as noticeable.

I run the 8" Fabtech coilover 4 link conversion. I am happy with it.
Now I need to soften up the rear.

Since you are in TX, you could check with Truck Toyz down in McAllen, TX 888-PRO-TOYZ

I believe it's still ~$2500 for the front 4-link setup, plus whatever coilovers you pick (most 2.5" coilovers are going to be in the ~$1300 range for the pair).
