customer access wiring fuse location

I'm looking for the fuse location for the bl/pk hot run in customer access wire. My truck is a 2000 F250 and I'm not finding a fuse in either panel labeled "customer access" as some have mentioned on 2002 and new trucks. I'd like to tie into this wire for my heated wipers, but need to make sure it's indeed a 10amp circuit.

Thanks

Should be fuse #27 in the under dash fuse box.

I used that wire for my heated mirror install.
