Dead truck

Truck starts ok but starts to spudder a bit till it finally dies. I go to fire it up again and notice no "Wait to start" light on dash. I check the fuse #30 and it's blown. So I replace it and it blows again. I pull fuse out and notice what appears to be a broken off blade on the right side, I think this is what's blowning fuse? Not sure how to get it out?

Unplug the fuel heater on the filter housing. I am not sure which plug it is on a Super Duty but if you pull the filter you should see the wire that you can unplug from the inside of the bowl.

Thanks bugman I unplugged the plug at the back of bowl and no more blown fuse and starts up like normal. Not sure what will happen when it gets cold?
