Door bumbers

Have any of you guys removed the door bumpers that run along the doors. If so how hard was it and how did you remove the adhesive. Just wondering I am going to put camo rocker panels on my truck and would like to come all the way to that ridge above that if I can remove them.

Just use a heat gun or hair drier to warm it up then slowly pull them off. Excess adhesive can be removed with any petroleum distillate (WD40 or Goo-Gone).
