The rear axles are different. the dually pick up rear is wider, but nothing is needed to just put the SRW wheels on it, they will bolt up. the front, you have to change the hub, and maybe the rotors.

If you are interested, I'll swap all parts needed to do the conversion, if they will fit, from my 2003 F-350,long bed, SWR....bed, rear end, wiring harness, and all. I'm wanting to convert mine to a dually.
well, the SRW uses a sterling 10.5" rear, while the DRW uses a Dana 80. the spring pad mounting widths are the same, so you can swap those...otherwise, the DRW axles are wider than the SRW's.

It be nice if there was some one out there that made a rim that was extra wide and a tire that would fit on it that would fill up the dually fender .That way in MA I don't have to get commercial plates that cast $150 every year .Single wheel trucks can get car plates that are cheeper and renew every 5 years.
