Dynamat versus Rattle Trap or Fat Mat Insulation

I am in the process of trying to knock out some road noise & help with the heating & cooling. I have already ordered the latex tubing for the door seals. Would like to get some info on who uses what on their rigs for insulation factors. Also need to find out how much you ordered , best price & where ! I have a 2000 f-350 crew cab. Thanks in advance for the help ya'll !
