I can't help you on the price since most people sell them for the same as what Dynatrac retails them for.

But, if you don't order from Dynatrac be sure to specify which studs you need (02 uses 14mmx2.0), I would recommend new hub studs (the ones that hold the wheel hub to the knuckle) and new u-joints to connect the stub shaft to the inner shaft.
If you order from Dynatrac, I'd rec. dealing with Robert (ext. 203) who is great to deal with.

If you need ball joints, you'll have it all torn down to do them during the install of the Free Spin.

Thanks, so with ordering the kit and everything else you mentioned, I'm probably looking at about ~$2300, what difficulty level would the install be at home in the driveway? Or should i just take it to an Offroad shop let them deal with it?

Probably a little bit less than that, but yeah slightly over $2000.

Install isn't overly difficult, the hardest part would be installing the new stub shaft onto your stock inner shaft.

The instructions are very well done, and easy to follow.

Only other specialty tools you'd want would be a bearing packer (jar type) and a spanner nut socket.

Here's some pics of when tail gunner did his install that I found online:
Dynatrac Bearing Hub Conversion pictures from trucks photos on webshots

You can see how the Dynatrac setup spaces the bearings apart better, to distribute the load better to the spindle and support the weight.

Yeah, they've had some price increases since then.

When they first hit the market they were $1595, then 1695, then 1795 and now $1895.00

I don't know if it is out yet (or if it is offered on the SD version) but an upgrade they were working on for the kit was shorter version that pulled the hubs in to protect them from trail damage.

Thanks for the input, Im getting ready to order the kit and want to take care of all the little things while its torn apart. What else should I consider doing while its apart?

-hub studs
-ball joints (spicer or moog)
-u-joints
-???
