EZ Overlay grill vs. full grill replacement

Hey guys-

I'm looking at aftermarket grills for the truck. Tons of options on eBay, and I see a lot of the EZ overlay style ones for good prices. What I'm wondering is if they look ok. I have the honeycomb style, and it looks like the new overlay just goes right overtop of that. I'm wondering if the honeycomb is still visible behind the grill. Looking at these 2 to compare...

eBay Motors: 99~04 Ford Pickup Excursion Billet Grille Combo 054 055 (item 160216321754 end time Mar-14-08 22:44:18 PDT)

or

eBay Motors: 99-04 FORD SUPER DUTY 00-04 EXCURSION GRILLE ALL CHROME (item 170201257966 end time Mar-18-08 22:13:28 PDT)

I like the idea of the full grill, but like the look of the overlay style too. Just wondering if any of you use the overlay and what you think of it. Thanks-

I think that chrome grille you linked to looks kinda cheesy. I have a used overlay for sale if your interested, it was on the truck when I bought it, and it's just not to my liking. actually I am selling the whole grille which someone painted white, let me know if your interested.
