FLOW DIRECTION in PS cooler??? In the bottom or top???

Installing Magnefine to PS system and I need to know which way the fluid flows through the ps cooler. I pulled the top cooler line with the engine running and that stuff went EVERYWHERE. Was not able to say for sure but it seemed to be coming out of the top of the cooler, kinda hard to see when the fluid hit me in the face, lost 3/4 of a quart before I got it back on, dang it.

The proper point to install the magnefyne in the PS system is the hose coming from the brake booster back to the PS reservoir.

How come Hammer? From what I read it seemed that more people put it either pre or post cooler.
