fog light installation on 2002 xlt

I have bought a factory set of fog lights w/ wiring harness and switch for my xlt which I am wiring totally separate from existing light switch. Is removing the bumper the only option for installing the fog lights? If so does the plastic cover below the bumper come off with it? I have found 4 bolts that removes the bumper, are there anymore hidden bolts I should worry about?

I think that there are two more. In the front wheel well/fender area. One on each side. Someone else will chime in to give you the exact placement.

some of the bumper have extra supports on the sides that tie back in where the leaf spring is at. So if you don't see that then you just have the 4 bolts. Real easy...

the plastic cover comes off with it... there is a rubber guard that connects from below that you will have to pop out... real easy though..
