Installing Alpine W505

Has anyone tried and succeeded to install this Alpine unit in a 2003 F-250 Crew Cab? thanks

Research dual din radios you will find the info you need. As long as it is a Dual din you can make it fit. You have to cut some plastic on the backside of the dash. Have a dremel and a small file handy.

How did you get he F250 logo on there. What model radio? That is sweet.

Its a Pioneer Avic D-3. They have a new model out now.......F-900 or something. During startup it says F-250 Navigation. You can load any background on it you want. You get them off the net and save to a cd then save the image to the unit.

also thought I would mention that I have always been an Alpine man but my last one (I dont remember the model, it was high end) sucked. Difficult to use and ipod interface was useless. I have been much happier with the D-3.
