leaf springs on ebay?

has anyone had experiences with the company that is selling leaf springs on ebay? i think the company is called competition leaf springs??? in the market for a new 12" spring pack for the front only. it seems that they might have good pricing....although i don't want to pay any amount of money for something that will sag in a month like my fabtech did...any comments?

also, which ebay seller offers the superior products from what i have listed below? there are quite a few different sellers....

clear headlight/corner light? maybe the black ones too?

clear taillight?

billet fuel door cover?

2005 grill upgrade?

thanks in advance

Re: leaf springs on ebay?

JUNK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Do not buy

EVER
EVER

I bought a 12" lifted set, they were actually 10.5 measured by me. They came TWISTED, centering pin doesn't fit in axle locating spot, moves the axle foreward, screws up geometry. DO NOT BUY.
this guy is a jerk on the phone, sent him pics of my twisted leaf pack, told me to bad, i bought them. SAVE YOUR MONEY..I cannot stress this enough, these trucks are big and heavy, and expensive, why skimp on the only thing holding your truck up? I learned the hard way, hope you skip out on that bid

Re: leaf springs on ebay?

appreciate the look out pal. you're absolutely right... saving a few bucks means nothing when it comes to safety.

how's about the other items i mentioned? like the lights, fuel door and even the side steps?

Re: leaf springs on ebay?

I bought my front superlift springs directly from the superlift store on ebay. Very happy with them, no experience with 12", though.
