I need an ~3.5 lift block to level my rear w/ 5" DR Leafs to the front with the DR 4.5" hanger kit and 4" Icon Leaves... I checked out the OUO Lift Blocks on Truck Toyz website and they look pretty slick although pricey for lift blocks...
