Replace CD Changer with an MP3 player...

Who listense to CD's anymore? I removed the CD changer located in the center console (it didn't come with the cartridges from the previous owner anyway).

I want to use the wires that the CD changer used, to play an mp3 player through. Has anyone tried this? Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the cord that attaches between the CD Changer and the back of the stock head unit? Any ideas or help would be appreciated!!
