truck got broken in to last night. have questions

i dont know if this is true but i heard that you could buy a plate from ford that would not allow your lock to be pushed in?

is it a plate or what? or if ford doenst have one is there some kind of aftermarket anti theft device to not allow the lock to be pushed in?

They don't stop it from happening they just make it harder. I unfortanely know this from experience.
