2004 6.0 with injector problems or is it?

Helllo, I am new to the posts. I have recently purchased a 2004 F250 diesel with 97000 miles on it. I drove the truck home form the place of purchase and it took about 3 hrs. I had no problem with the truck then. I filled the truck up with fuel after I got home and drove another tank out. The truck started to skip or something. As I started up a hill with the fuel tank low the truck skipped or had a lack of fuel. This only happened when the truck was over 60 mph. Then after I filled it up again it happned when I had to accelerate after slowing for a car to turn into a driveway. I took the truck to the local Ford dealership and they said I had an injector problem. They said the #1 and #7 injector was bad and needed to be replaced also the EGR needed to be replaced. I was wondering if this was correct. I thought if the injectors were bad then it would skip all the time, it only happens when it is over 60 mph and I press the accelerator. Does anyone have any sujestions?

Thanks
