2005 6.0 diesel wont start when hot

My 05 6.0 Turbo Diesel Will Cold Start Fine But When It Heats Up And I Shut It Off It Wont Start. It Cranks But Wont Turn Over. In An Emergency Once I Shot Some Starting Fluid Into The Air Filter And It Started Right Up. Im Reading No Codes On The Scanner.i Was Expecting To Find A Cps Fault Or Ips Fault Can These Still Be Bad With Out A Code? Can Anyone Help Me. I Also Changed All Fuel Filters Thinking They Were The Problem. Help

Since its an 05, the most likely cause would be the STC Fitting leaking on the HPOP.

Close. It's the High Pressure Oil Pump. It makes around 5000 PSI of lube oil pressure to operate the injectors.(HEUI type injectors).

I'll go with DRJ on this one and say at the very least it's HPO related. When the truck warms up the oil gets thinner which isn't really an issue as the truck is running. If you go to restart though it'll be tough to fire those injectors.
