Sounds like the frame has some issues by your description of the way the bed is mounted.
As an aside, jack up each front wheel, spin the front tires by hand. Far fetched, but front left caliper could be sticking a bit too. Causing excessive drag pulling you left.
I'd put my money on the frame issue. Get it fixed right, nothing more frustrating than having a nice truck turning into a pile of poo by a body shop hiring dumb monkeys. Trust me... been there - done that. The local Ford dealership here in North Vancouver (back in the day) had monkeys that told the manager what to do. I had to take my F150 back 3 times. After the second return I got suspicious and pulled back all the plastic trim behind repaired panels.... holy mother-load.... nasty spot welds, no paint over new welds, overspray, on and on it went. I could of done body work better myself as a complete amateur.
Where ever you take it, make sure they got a good reputation. Being a Ford dealer means zip nada nothing. The dealers always run the body shops as a separate entity. That way if you sue you're not suing the dealer. B*stards.
so basically it sounds like the alignment shop compensated for a bent frame. get someone to ride behind you and see if it tracks straight.

The dealership and 2 other shops told me that if the frame had moved there would be signs of it under the truck - like bolts/nuts that have moved. There are no visible signs of anything moving. I don't know enough about this to argue. They are telling me the bed was probably always out of line with the cab. I looked another F-250 (similar year) and that bed is out of line with the cab too, but not as much as mine. I have owned this truck for three years. I wash it every week and have waxed it 20+ times. I feel very confident that the bed/cab alignment is different than before the accident. No one is willing to do the computer frame measuring service (probably because the insurance company won't pay for it.) I'm just happy it drives straight again.
