Annoying front end, steering issues

So the initial problem was major steering jerk when going over bumps and really sloppy steering play with vibrations at over 55 mph. Tie rods and steering box were shot so i replaced them and sloppyness and jerks went away. But vibrations are still there, not near as bad but still there, with a slightly off center steering wheel. I've noticed the steering dampener shock is leaking, so thats probably some of it.
After doing the above repairs should an alignment be done? Would bad alignment cause these issues?

Jacked up the truck and B-joints and wheel bearings all feel tight.

Along with the already ford-rough ride these are really annoying.

The steering dampener shock will help out some, I run a dual shock set up. If the steering wheel is off then it sounds like you need an alignment. If the steer box and tie rods were going bad the last time you had it aligned the alignment could have been off some. I would also have your tires rebalanced.

Also check the Trac Bar mounting nuts/bolts for any play. Any looseness on the Trac Bar mounts can cause lots of vibration/wobble issues...
