ball joints?

on my 04 f550 whenever i have a light breaking situation at lower speeds the wheels wobble or like shim 2000 miles on brand new tires and breaks and i keep 100 psi in the tires which i checked before mosting this! thanks guys

this sounds more like warped rotors to me. Jack up the wheels and spin if dragging intermittently rotors if not, grab the tire/rim and try to rock up and down and will feel clunk if ball joint.
