Best price I've seen is on eBay, direct from Autoenginuity. You will need the FORD enhanced module. Email them and ask for a price through their eBay store.

Best price I have seen is $339 at Riffraff Diesel: Total Ford Enhanced Bundle dieselsite sells it for $341 both are excellent shops to deal with that know the AE program and can help if you need it. I bought mine from Riffraff diesel and they shipped it free.
