Blower motor not stopping after key is turned off.

Has anyone had this problem?? Noticed it a couple of days ago. It was intermittant at first but now I have to make sure the heater control is off before I get out or the blower motor will continue to run. I was thinking it could be a bad relay. Any suggestions??
