Brake help ASAP?

It's been a while since I posted but I need some help. I did a rear brake job on Thursday, new pads, turned rotors, cleaned and regreased the slide pins, adjust parking brake. Drove it 8 miles home everything OK. The wife drives it 16 miles today when she gets home I smell hot brakes. I check the rear wheels, the drivers side is warm, the pass.side is HOT. I think OK must have got the parking brake a little too tight. I readjust the parking brakes to where they dont even work (eliminating possibilities) we drive back to town (16miles) get back home rear pass. side still hot drivers side warm. What do you guys think or recommend. Could the pistons be sticking and not releasing or could it be something else? I have assemble THOUSANDS of these calipers with my previous job. Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

Any time I've ever had that happen to any of my vehicles it was the caliper not releasing all the way, especially due to the extra thickness of the new pads. How hard were the pistons to push back in during reassembly? If it was tough you can just disconnect the caliper from brake line, pop the piston out with compressed air, be careful and make sure you have a rag or towel to catch the piston...if the boot is ok just clean the piston, lube with brake fluid and put back in. Some like to apply brake pin lube to the piston, but I don't like contaminating the fluid. Let me know how it works out.

My recent brake job, I had two calipers with one stuck piston in each, both on the passenger side. Also, frozen slide pins.
