Brake Issues - Need Advice

Two weeks ago I drove my 05 F350 dually home from work and when I got out I smelt brakes burning. I walked around the truck and confirmed that the left rear wheel was smoking. I dropped it off at the dealership because I have a 7yr/70,000 mile premium care warranty to cover it. They call me a couple days later and informed me it was all fixed. They replaced the affected caliper, rear surfaced the rotor and bleed the system. Well I get in the truck to leave and now my information display is chiming and it says TBC fault. I leave it there again and they end up replacing the TBC transducer at the master cylinder. Now today I drive the truck for the first time since getting it back from the dealer and the front right wheel is getting smoking hot. In fact I took infared temp readings of both front rotors and the left front was about 400 degrees and the right front was so hot that I couldn't get a reading. I will be bringing it back to the dealer Monday but what could be causing all these brake problems all at once. I have a couple camping trips planned over the next few months and I'm really starting to loose confidence in this truck.
