On an F-250 PSD:
[*] Heavier-duty front springs, unless the 6,000 pounds @ground front coils were already computer - selected based on other options. The computer usually selects 4,800 or 5,200 pounds capacity front springs, so the camper pkg usually means a slightly stiffer front end.
[*] rear stabilizer bar
[*] rear "overload" springs
[*] Slide-in camper certification. If you don't have the camper pkg, Ford will void your factory warranty if you haul a slide-in camper. So you need this if you might someday slide in a truck camper.
