Center Console with 40/20/40 Front Seats is loose on one side

My truck has the 40/20/40 front seats and in the last week it went from feeling rock solid when flipped down into a console to where the drivers side will go down about a quarter to half of an inch. It squeaks and vibrates too. The passenger side appears to still be solid.
I have looked at the seat and I guess it is either broken or loose at the opposite (passenger)side rear of the cosole. Is there a way to tighten it up? don't want to break the trim piece off the side trying to see if there is a bolt under there. Thanks in advance.

Mine does something similar. It is cracked near the hinge inside the console. Might check yours to see if it is the same.
