You probably cannot find any chassis engineers that will approve use of wheel adaptors. They're simply not safe. Plus, quality wheel adaptors will cost as much as new wheels that don't need the adaptors.
TireRack.com has 18"x8" hub-centric wheels for 2004 SVT or Harley Davidson trim that will fit any '99-'04 SuperDuty SRW pickup. They say 4x2 only, but the wheels are identical except for the hub cap. $150 or $250 each, depending. If you have 4x4, then use your old hub caps with the new 18" wheels. This link says F-250, but the wheels for F-350 SRW are identical.
On edit, over 2 years later. Link deleted as it no longer works. TireRack sold out of those wheels eons ago.

My Sierra Blanca in the sig pic was a great pickup for 11.5 years. I sold it a coupla years ago. I drove a hand-me-down 2003 F-150 SuperCrew 4.6L 2V for a while, but it was unacceptable for towing more than a rowboat. Replacement is a 2012 F-150 EcoBoost SuperCrew Lariat that tows my 5,000-pound TT like a dream.
