door panels and windows

Hello all,
I hope this is the proper place for this post, if not I apologize in advance.
I have a 2005 F-350 and the drivers side window (electric) stopped working. I was wondering if anyone knows how to remove the door panel to access the inside of the door. Also, the window is stuck down, and when you move the rocker switch, you can hear the motor working, but it sounds like some gears are stripped out. Any advice would be appreciated.
