Fog light bulb replacement

How do you get the burnout bulb out?

I just remove my front license plate, then I can get my arm in to reach the back of the foglights to twist and pull the socket out.

Remove the grille by taking out the 4 screws at the top and the spring catches at the bottom. That leaves a huge space behind the bumper to reach through. Turn the lamp socket and it will come right out. Lots faster this way and you won't mess up the bulbs.

So just to be clear do i need to turn the bulb or is their a locking ring i need to turn before i can remove the bulb?

Turn the whole mount. No locking ring like on the headlamps.
