Ford Diesel Service Shops - Walpole MA Area

Hi everyone, I finally got my diesel excursion a few weeks ago...2005 EB with only 25K miles, its sweet. And while I spent my youth on the farm wrenching on tractors, this is my first diesel powered truck...and guess what...its a bit more advanced than the old Ford 8600 or A/C 7010 I used to operate. Not to mention life for me has changed quite a bit and while I would like to perform all of the service myself given the crazy shop rates I just don't have time between kids, work, and the honey-do list!

I live in Walpole and would like to build a relationship with one of the local area Ford dealerships; Minuteman Trucks, Jack Madden Ford, Rodman Ford, others...

Who has had experience with these shops and what are your thoughts?

Any advise would be helpful.

Drew

Drew,

Although I have never taken my truck there, I would be inclined to go to Minuteman since they ONLY service trucks. Their people are not messing around with cars all day, and they have more than 1 trained diesel tech. You'll probably pay top dollar for a labor rate, but they know what they are doing with diesels and trucks.

Again, just an opinion here.

Good luck,

Marc
