Front hubs

Hi to all, still love the site, I was service my front hubs and needle bearing this weekend and was wandering, has anyone ever put grease through the ABS sensor hole to grease front wheel bearings? I've got 57000 miles on my truck and I notice some grease squeezing out of the bearings on the back side of the hub by the big nut.

Re: Front hubs

I would be afraid of causing ABS problems because of loading up the sound ring with grease. Not sure if the grease would even make it to the bearings. I was told if you can remove the big nut you can disassemble the hub and then hand pack the bearings.
