heated seats

awhile back my heater resistor went out in my truck so replaced it and now my heated seats still dont work (thought the resistor would fix both) so my question is what else would go bad checked the owners manual it says there is no fuse for them so why wouldnt they work are they on a relay or something? 06 f350 6.0 lariat

One of the heating elements has gone bad is my guess, if one goes than neither will work as they are wired in series, you can check to see if you are getting power to them as the harness is right under the seat,or you could do test each pad separately as there is a plug under there also .
