Help !!!!! A/C Gone Wild

My AC is going from cold to hot in a 7 min rotation. Also my AC blows better than on max AC, though it has no effect on hot cold rotation just blows better. Had levels checked, everything is ok. Any Ideas ?

Thanks
Bud

Not busting your bubble, but there are no "level" checks with A/C. Did you have the pressure checked? It sounds like you are a touch low on freon. Do you hear the compressor cycle on and off at all? Sounds as if the low pressure switch is shutting it down. This is called short cycling. You could also have a high side restriction that is creating high pressure and the high pressure switch could be shutting it off.

Pull the connector off the pressure switch and check the female pins inside the connector. Mine were corroded. Everything worked fine after I replaced the harness.

I was not sure if you did it or some shop, but I knew what you ment.

Some shops are just stupid, and if they are using words like "level" take it to someone who knows what they are doing.
