Always on. Sprayed all 4 door latches down with WD-40. Still on! Must I replace all latches? How do you remove the latch with window channel in the way? Anyone experience this before? I sure appreciate any help

You just need to replace the door switch that isn't working. Probably the driver's door. Try that one first.
You might be able to troubleshoot it by pulling connectors apart. C218 (16 pin in-line located under the center of the dash) for the left side door switches. LH driver door should be on pin #2, black/yellow wire. LH rear door is on Pin #6, black/white wire. For the right hand doors, it would be connector C228 located behind the passenger kick panel. It's an 8-pin connector with the front right door on pin #3, black/pink wire, and the rear door on pin #8, black/white wire.
Not sure whether the switches ground when the door is closed or open (I'm guessing open), but if you pull both connectors and the lights go out, you'll know. Then look for the circuit that's open on the switch side of the connectors.
I haven't replaced a switch, so can't help there, but there must be a way to replace them, as they got installed somehow, and they tend to make that stuff as easy as possible for assembly line workers.
