How do you change the dually fender clearance lights?

Surely someone here has done this before. Do they pry off of the fender or do you have to get behind the shroud in the fender? Any help is appreciated.

Travis, I think you have to get to them from inside the shroud, and the whole assembly comes out, and you replace with a new one.

Travis,

Pop the Plastic rivits loose that hold the shroud on, reach behind, grab the wire end of the fixture, twist it slightly... the socket and bulb will come out. change The bulb, twist it back in, push the plastic rivits back in... Done Deal.
