I need a 5" exhaust bender

does anyone know of a good bender for sale that will bend a 5" pipe ? i've looked all over the net and only found a massive machine that was way more than i needed .

Sure. At the top end, Hines Tube Benders are the Cadillac brand. Ordinary muffler shops have the models that will bend up to 3" tubing, and some very few have the models that will bend 3.5" or 4" tubing. But only Big Truck muffler shops will have a mandrel tubing bender big enough to handle 5" tubing.

Mandrel bending 5" tubing is serious business that requires a serious machine. Not cheap. $85,000 for a Hines, not including all the parts you need to set up business, so count on $100,000 by the time you get it set up and productive.

Eagle is another brand of tube bending equipment, but their website is not as informative as the Hines website. The numbers in their model numbers are probably milimeters, so you need at least 125 and probably 150 for 5" exhaust tubing.
