Ignition switch run/start feed fuse blowing

First off thanks to the fellow who recomended to use a K&N oil filter on my 02 7.3 psd to correct the oil leak I was having when putting on new filter. That being said, now I have a new prob. The ignition switch run/start feed fuse keeps blowing on me for the third time since wheat harvest. When the fuse blows, I loose the instrument cluster, throttle control and 4x4 switch. Does anyone know what to fix or where to start looking to corect the problem? Someone who had the truck prior to me must have also had this prob. bc it is supposed to be a 10a fuse and when I replaced for the first time, it had a 15a fuse in it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
