interior light comes on when slowing down

I know it sounds odd, but my interior lights are acting goofy. tonight while driving around the interior lights would come on when I got below 15mph. I also noticed that on one occasion my blinker started to blink fast as if I had a burned out bulb, but then went back to a normal blinking pattern, and sometimes the key in the ignition chime works and sometimes it doesn't, and when I shut it off to fill up the tank the lights on chime was sounding even thou the headlights were off.
Would a bad ignition switch be a possible cause? Whatever the case, I'm thinking that I have some issues in the steering column.
In any case is there a fuse for the interior lights, and if so I need to know what space it is in because I don't have an owner manual.

I've had this problem a few times. The door open warning lamp switch is stuck making the truckj think the doors are open. The lamp shuts off around 15 MPH and comes back on around 3MPH? I've had luck spraying some lube (WD, break free, RemOil, etc.) in your door latch area and around the little black rod on the front side of the door. Sorry, I can't be more specific as it's been over 7 years ago since it last happened.

Sounds like you have a water leak somewhere and it is dripping on the GEM module.
