Need a new VSS

I need a new vehicle speed sensor for my 2001 F-250 4wd. Dealer wants close to $200.00 for one. Anyone know of a place to get one much cheaper?

I just checked Powerstrokeshop.com and they list the VSS for under $30.00. It is a simple five to ten minute job to change it.

The last one I bought was at a Ford dealer and I paid less than $20 for it.

I just bought one from my local Ford dealer & it was just over $25.00 Canadian. Don't believe the over $200 price. He is looking at the wrong part number.

Even installed $200 is too much. I think I paid around $30 for mine. Jack up the rear of your truck off the frame, not the axle or suspension, to get more elbow room during the install.
