Overhead console - Lariat - Diesel Forum

The over head console in my 2002 Lariot Super Duty has slowly fallen apart. Last night the "door" on the middle compartment fell off after the hinges broke. This console also holds the read out for the mileage and temp recorder which still work fine, the console is light gray/silver in color.

Anyone know of a good (cheap) source to find the plastic console? Any DIY tips for replacing it?

My opinion ,get a ford replacement , call Tousley Ford ,they are a sponsor and give members great pricing,another option is e-bay , Larry

I replaced mine a year or so ago with one off ebay. Can't remember how it cost but it was relatively cheap. Mine was gray originally but I bought a black one. I like it much better

$145 with free shipping on fleabay, lol.
But the local stealership wants much more. Lot of money to pay for one little plastic door but they got ya. Ordered it today.
