Please help me find this part...

OK, im in desperate need of help locating this part. Its for the fog light adjuster. Does anyone have any clue where i can get this? Ford does not sell it (except with a new fog light and bracket, of course).

If anyone knows or works at a dealer that can maybe tell me where to get it or a part number or anything, i would be forever in your debt. Ive searched high and low, on the internet, junk yard, etc....the junk yard wont sell it because it renders the fog light useless without it. I really only need the black piece, but if i have to buy the screw too ill do it, at this point, ill buy 500 of the black things if thats what is required.

Thanks for any help!!!!!!

Many parts stores have a HELP! section that has lots of miscellaneous stuff like that. Other than that, I can't help.

I had a similar situation with a Hella fog light adjuster. Special head screw with phillips head that I managed to strip out. Even calling Hella didn't help out, so I built a swage/cutter out of a torx bit and drove it into the hole and voila! a torx head screw.

Good luck

The same thing is broken on one of mine. I'd buy one too.

This is where you should go and ask a body shop. If there is only one person/place that knows where to find a part like that, it's a body shop.

It looks just like a pop in piece that the help section at Auto Zone has or maybe improvise and use a couple washers and nuts, if you can get behind it which you should on fog lights. I am positive I have seen these for sale at a parts store before.
