Rear Seat Removal

On our Mexico trip this winter the DW bought a carved stone lady that weighs about 250 lbs and is sitting on the floor behind the driver seat. It looks like the best way to get it out is to remove the rear seat(this is a crew cab). I found the front bolts and have the correct star socket to get it out, but the rear bolt under the seat has me stumped. Two questions--1. Is that a nut on a fixed stud in the rear of the seat? Or what. Some of you folks who have had the interior apart to add sound deadning material must know. 2. My Haynes manual cautions about that some models have explosive seat belt tightners as part of the air bag system. Would that apply to the rear seats?

Help would be appreciated as it is time for the lady to get out.

Problem solved. A young concrete worker who I am doing a design for stopped by and merely picked it out. Ah to be young and strong.
