Supertech fluids

Anyone leery of using these fluids in your trans or rear axle. I am about to flush both. My last truck I used Redline and Mobil one products, which are double or triple the price of Supertech. I am debating if they are worth the extra cost.

Wal-Mart's house brand is as good as any other brand with the same specs. So for our rear diffs, we need synthetic 75w140 gear lube. SuperTech sells it, so that's what I have in my rear axle right now.

I insist on synthetic ATF for my tranny, and I haven't seen that in the Wal-Mart brand, so I still use Mobil 1 ATF. But if SuperTech made a synthetic ATF rated MERCON V I'd probably use that if it were much cheaper than Mobil 1. Last time I did my tranny, Mobil 1 cost about $6 per quart at Wal-Mart.
